Some we look at the transition with an open face while others with a gloom . Lets us face it some people remain children forever and others take their place and make most of it . As humans we very fortunate being the only creatures to have six senses , majority don’t even come close to tap into this greatest power . Weather you learn to speak a new language or person transformation through mind set . I applaud you going through self development after thirty to sixty days you won’t be the same again .

How so? From experience and conditioning, we often correlate Fear with the factors of why we can’t do some things. In fact, in most cases, our whole lives can be sheltered from things we are uncomfortable with. What if I told you that in can be changed? And fast. Resistance sits in confidentiality, showing us its true form while we sit alone. Below will intensify the subject to bring an even more sufficient understanding.

Your mind may be racing wondering what I’m exactly referring to here… finances? business? Pokémon player? Nope (although 1% Pokémon players are dope) this is about the 1% of people who take their nutrition seriously, and live there lives that way…

You see it all the time, especially in big cities like New York or LA; A 30-something executive walks out of a Starbucks (probably, and hopefully with a mask now lol) sipping on her mocha pink drink latte frap or whatever it’s called. People don’t think this is a big deal, and it’s really not, but hear me out: consuming stuff like that consistently is hurting your body; it’s full of syrups, and other artificial ingredients that your body hasn’t evolved (yet :O) to deal with. So this tends to cause problems if it becomes more frequent; you get fat, you feel less energy, and perhaps most significantly, your…
